Returns & Refunds policy

At Jacked Customs, we follow a strict No Refund Policy. We only offer replacements under specific conditions, as outlined below.

Replacement Eligibility

  • Only replacement is allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The issue must be flagged by the buyer within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must email info@jackedcustoms.com with clear photos/videos as proof.

  • Our team will manually review the issue, and if approved, a replacement will be shipped.

  • No replacements will be entertained if the issue is reported after 24 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, especially for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Used or installed items.

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or mishandling.

  • Products not in original condition or packaging.

Shipping for Replacement

  • If approved, we will bear the cost of replacement shipping only for valid claims.

  • For invalid or declined claims, no shipping or replacement will be processed.
